F3 Designs began its journey as Faye Fossay Freelance in 2006. That was when I decided to pursue my dream — to do my best work from the comfort of my home, all within reach of my family.
When I launched F3 Designs, my approach was simple: stay honest, work hard, live simply, and be completely happy. Along the way, I’ve formed strong business relationships with a talented team of creative and technical professionals. Together, we’ve adapted to the evolving web industry, delivering dynamic design, clear messaging, and stable functionality.
In 2019, I achieved a new harmony in my life, balancing family, farm life and business equally. Care and connection are fundamental to me.
